Terms of service

Template: have a lawyer review and complete these terms (company name, address, governing law) before launch.

1. The service

QuizIQ lets companies ("customers") run AI quiz games at events, collect consenting players' contact details, and recognise winners.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details, keep your password secret, and are responsible for activity in your account. Only invite people who work for or with your company.

3. Event passes and payment

Test mode is free and limited. An event pass is paid once per event through our payment provider and activates that event. Unless the law requires otherwise, passes are non-refundable once the event has players.

4. Your content and players

You own your questions, branding and the player data collected for your events. You are responsible for prizes, for the content you add, and for contacting players only in line with the consent they gave and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to mislead players, send spam, break LinkedIn's or WhatsApp's rules, or attempt to access other customers' data.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
