Who is responsible

For player data, the company running the event is the controller and QuizIQ processes it on its behalf. For customer account data (team logins, billing), QuizIQ is the controller.

What players share

Name, email, WhatsApp number, company, job title, LinkedIn profile link, quiz answers and times, the LinkedIn post link and its public engagement, and, if uploaded, a screenshot of post analytics.

Why

To run the quiz, rank players, verify LinkedIn posts, notify players of results and prizes, and, with the consent given at registration, let the event's company contact them.

Service providers

AI providers (to generate questions and posts and read screenshots), email and WhatsApp providers (to send messages), LinkedIn (when a player chooses to post through LinkedIn sign-in), and Stripe (payments). LinkedIn sign-in tokens are used once to publish the post and are not stored.

Retention and your rights

Customers can export or delete an event's player data at any time. Players can ask the event's company, or us, to access, correct or delete their data.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions and one-time links are stored only as hashes, and each customer can only see its own events.
